In this two-part session, Tim will share a high-level overview of the opportunities and benefits of life income gifts for our clients and donors. The session will explore how these types of gifts can support a client’s/donor’s retirement planning goals or more. Additionally, the session will highlight new opportunities through recent legislation changes around the use of IRAs to fund life income gifts. Tim and members of the Planned Giving Round Table will share insights into resources available to nonprofits for establishing a life income gift program and executing life income gifts with their donors. During part two of the session, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss, share ideas and collaborate around life income gifts. Additionally with Tim’s facilitation, participants will spend time discussing several pertinent client/donor scenarios around life income gifts.
