Although non-profits have become more familiar with DEI principles, most planned giving programs are still in the early stages of understanding how to create more inclusive programs. This presentation will examine why communities of color are underrepresented in planned giving and will propose a long-term strategy for how the planned giving sector can become more inclusive and welcoming for all.
